Colvister
ShetlandA small settlement on the western shore of Basta Voe on the east coast of the island of Yell in Shetland, Colvister lies opposite Sellafirth, 3¾ miles (6 km) north of Mid Yell. The Burn of Colvister descends from the Loch of Colvister to the west, while there is a waste transfer station at the abandoned Colvister Quarry.
