A small crofting township on the SW coast of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Knockline (Gael: Cnoc a' Lin) lies a half-mile (0.8 km) southwest of Bayhead and a similar distance east of Paible. The township of Claddach Knockline lies a mile (1.5 km) to the east northeast, on the opposite side of the inlet of Ceann a' Baigh, and the two were once connected by a ford crossing the sands.
