Govig (Gobhaig, Govick)
Western Isles

A small and remote settlement on the west coast of North Harris in the Outer Hebrides, Govig (occasionally Govick, Gael: Gobhaig) lies at the head of Govig Bay, an inlet on the north shore of West Loch Tarbert, 2 miles (3.5 km) southeast of Hushinish. Loch Geodha Beag lies immediately to the north.
