One of a collection of crofting townships lying in the Ness district at the northern tip of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Habost (occasionally Harbost, Gael: Tabost) is located immediately to the southwest of Lionel and to the northeast of Swainbost. The Ness Heritage Centre and the Taigh Dhonnchaidh Gaelic Arts and Music Centre can be found here.
