Coilantogle
Stirling

A location in Stirling Council Area, Coilantogle lies at the east end of Loch Venachar, 2 miles (3 km) southwest of Callander. A former fording on the River Teith, it was mentioned by Sir Walter Scott in the 'Lady of the Lake' as 'Clan Alpine's outmost guard'.
