A scattered crofting settlement on the southwest coast of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, South Boisdale (Gael: An Leth Meadhanach) is located 3 miles (5 km) to the west southwest of Lochboisdale. North Boisdale lies immediately to the northwest and Loch an Eilean to the south separates South Boisdale from Garrynamonie.
