Lochportain (Lochportan)
Western IslesA small fishing and crofting community on the northeast coast of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Lochportain (also Lochportan) lies on the sealoch Loch Portain, 2½ miles (4 km) northeast of Lochmaddy, and has a post office.
