Edinample
Stirling

A location in Stirling Council Area, Edinample lies on the south side of Loch Earn near the mouth of the Burn of Ample which flows down from the slopes of Ben Vorlich and Stuc a' Chroin over the Falls of Edinample to enter into the loch 2 miles (3 km) southeast of Lochearnhead. The restored 16th-century Z-plan Edinample Castle was a stronghold of the Campbells of Breadalbane.
