A scattered crofting settlement on the west coast of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Frobost (more accurately North Frobost) lies to the west of the A 865 road, a half-mile (1 km) south of Milton (Garryvaltos) and 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Lochboisdale. South Frobost lies a half-mile (1 km) to the south.
