Dunkitterick
Dumfries and GallowayA location and cottage in the Galloway Forest, close to the Queen's Way and overlooking the Palnure Burn, Dunkitterick lies 9 miles (14 km) southwest of New Galloway. Dunkitterick was the birthplace of classical scholar Alexander Murray (1775 - 1813).
