An isolated location in the SW Scottish Borders, Phenzhopehaugh lies 1¼ miles (2 km) southwest of Buccleuch and 11 miles (18 km) west of Hawick. The Phenzhopehaugh Burn is a headstream of the Rankle Burn and Phenzhopehaugh Hill rises to 382m (1253 feet) to the west.
