A location in the Garioch district of Central Aberdeenshire, Dunnideer (also Dunnydeer) lies 1¼ miles (2 km) to the west of Insch. Dunnideer Hill rises to 268m (879 feet) and features a hill-fort and a castle. The small settlement of Milltown of Dunnideer lies to the west.
