A small agricultural settlement, house and estate in NE Fife, Clatto is located a quarter-mile (0.5 km) east northeast of Blebocraigs. Clatto Hill lies to the north. The estate was the property of Sir John Low (1788 - 1880), a noted General of the Indian Army.
