A location in S Aberdeenshire, Garrol is located 3 miles (5 km) southeast of Banchory. Garrol Hill rises to approximately 210m (688 feet), while the Garrol Burn rises in Garrol Wood to the south. The Nine Stanes Stone Circle lies on the edge of Mulloch Wood to the north.
