Cockburn Law

A hill in the NE Scottish Borders, Cockburn Law rises to 325m (1066 feet) 1½ miles (2.5 km) south southeast of Abbey St. Bathans and 4 miles (6.5 km) north northwest of Duns. There is a hill-fort on its summit, which is surrounded by two concentric ramparts. On the northeastern slopes of the hill is Edin's Hall, an Iron-Age broch with the ramparts of another hill-fort.
