Hamara River

(River Hamara)

A river of the Duirinish Peninsula in the far west of the Isle of Skye, the Hamara River rises as headwaters to the west of MacLeod's Table North (Healabhal Mhor). It flows north northwest for 5 miles (8 km) past Holmisdale and Glendale to enter Loch Pooltiel on the coast.
