Geirum Beg


(Gearuim Beag)

The smaller of a pair of uninhabited islets in the Sound of Berneray, Geirum Beg (Gael: Gearuim Beag) lies between the southwestern shore of Mingulay and Geirum More at the southern end of the Outer Hebrides. The island rises steeply to a height of just over 20m (65 feet).
