The Fannichs


(The Fannaichs)

A range of mountains to the north of Loch Fannich in Wester Ross, the Fannichs (occasionally The Fannaichs) are sometimes known as the 'Ross-shire Alps' and represent wild and magnificent scenery. The range includes over a dozen peaks in excess of 914m (3000 feet), from A' Chailleach in the west to Fionn Bheinn in the east. The highest summit is Sgurr Mor which rises to 1110m (3641 feet).
