A small bay on the east coast of the South Mainland of Shetland, the Wick of Sandsayre lies to the northeast of the village of Leebotten. Sheltered by the Taing of Sandsayre the Sandsayre Interpretative Centre and Pier is the terminal of the Mousa ferry. A small beach gives way to a predominantly rocky shoreline to the west of the Perie Taing (or Peerie Taing).
