Ness of Bixter

A headland at the neck of the Walls Peninsula in W Shetland, the Ness of Bixter marks the junction between Bixter Voe and The Firth, a half-mile (1 km) southeast of the settlement of Bixter. A conical summit at the centre of this headland rises to 58m (190 feet) above sea level.
