A summit within the Fetteresso Forest of S Aberdeenshire, the Hill of Trusta rises to 321m (1053 feet) to the south of the Cowie Water, 5½ miles (9 km) west of Stonehaven. Its summit is marked by an Ordnance Survey primary triangulation pillar installed in
1936 for the re-triangulation of Great Britain.
