Benyellary

A prominent peak which forms one of the Galloway Hills of N Dumfries and Galloway, Benyellary rises to 719m (2358 feet) and represents a southern spur of Merrick, 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Loch Valley. Benyellary has a cairn on its summit and lies within the Galloway Forest Park.
