Coran of Portmark

The Coran of Portmark is a peak on a prominent ridge which runs south down to Corserine and forms the eastern edge of Galloway Forest Park in N Dumfries and Galloway. It has a cairn on its summit, which rises to 623m (2043 feet) 2 miles (3 km) east northeast of the southern limit of Loch Doon and 3 miles (5 km) west of Carsphairn.
