Darrou is grassy craggy spur to the southwest of the more prominent Little Millyea in Dumfries and Galloway, a mile (1.5 km) northeast of where the Southern Upland Way crosses the River Dee and 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Clatteringshaws Loch. Its summit reaches a height of 479m (1571 feet) and the quarry below it to the southwest, shown as disused on Ordnance Survey maps, had reopened by 2009 to provide road metal for the forest tracks.
