A small uninhabited rock-trimmed island lying a half-mile (1 km) off the southwest coast of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Greineim (also Ghreineim or Gael: Greineam) is located 1¼ miles (2 km) southwest of Brenish. The island rises gently to 19m (62 feet) above sea level.
