A small upland loch in the Trossachs (Stirling Council Area), Loch Tinker lies 1½ miles (2.5 km) south of Loch Katrine and 2 miles (3 km) west of Ben Venue. Extending to 11.5 ha / 28.4 acres, it receives a number of small streams, and gives rise to Allt Glasahoile which flows northeast to fall into Loch Katrine.
