Loch Breivat


(Loch Breibhat)

One of the largest lochs of NW Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Loch Breivat (Gael: Loch Breibhat) is a round and shallow loch located amongst the blanket peatlands 2 miles (3 km) south southeast of Arnol and 2½ miles (4 km) south southwest of Brue. The loch provides a popular trout fishery.
