Located on George Street in Stranraer (Dumfries and Galloway), the Millennium Centre is a community centre which provides a venue for meetings, events, concerts, together with the weekly town market. It is also used by the Chamber of Commerce and several other local organisations including a boxing club.
The centre is run by Stranraer Millennium Centre Community Trust on behalf of the people of Stranraer. Its Board of Trustees is made up from members of the Chamber of Commerce and representatives from the Small Towns Initiative, with Scottish Enterprise Dumfries & Galloway and Dumfries & Galloway Council acting in an advisory capacity.
