Andrew Gannel Hill

A summit in the Ochil Hills, Andrew Gannel Hill forms an eastern extension of Ben Cleuch, rising to 670m (2198 feet) 2¼ miles (3.5 km) north of Tillicoultry in Clackmannanshire. In John Thomson's Atlas of 1832 it is called Andragannet Hill, while the Ordnance Survey Name Book quotes several versions of the name and suggests the hill is named for someone who lost their life nearby in a storm.
