Berry Hill

A modest summit in the Garioch district of Central Aberdeenshire, Berry Hill rises to 174m (570 feet) a half-mile (0.8 km) southwest of Oyne and 3 miles (5 km) east southeast of Insch. The hill is crowned with a small Iron-Age hill-fort and also supports a Late Bronze-Age / Early Iron-Age house, both of which are accessible via a self-guided tour from the Archaeolink Prehistory Park, which is located on the northern slopes of the hill.
