A sizeable island isolated by river channels (Faoghail Mhor and Faoghail Bheag) connecting Loch Langavat, Loch Airigh na h-Airde and the rather smaller Loch Faoghail nan Caorach, 4 miles (6.5 km) west northwest of Balallan in S Central Lewis in the Outer Hebrides.
