Craigeven Bay

A rocky and highly indented bay on the North Sea Coast of Aberdeenshire, Craigeven Bay lies between Garron Point in the north and Slug Head in the south, 1¼ miles (2 km) north of Stonehaven. The Highland Boundary Fault passes behind the steep buffs which descend into the bay, leaving the rocks within the bay highly altered by the immense forces which moved the fault.

Stonehaven Golf Course is situated at the top of the bluffs.
