Eilean Dubh na Fionndalach Bige

One of a number of small uninhabited islands within Loch Laxford in NW Sutherland, Eilean Dubh na Fionndalach Bige rises steeply to 33m (108 feet) above sea level a half-mile (1 km) east northeast of Foindle. It forms the largest of a chain of three islets which encloses Lochan na Fionndalach Bige between the headlands of Rubh an Aiseig and Rubha na Ba.
