An inlet on the southern shore of the Walls Peninsula in W Shetland, Lera Voe opens into Vaila Sound behind the island of Vaila, 1¼ miles (2 km) west southwest of Walls. The Holm of Breibister lies at its entrance while the larger island of Linga is located a half-mile (1 km) to the east.
