One of the Braes of Angus, the Hill of Ogil rises to just beyond 260m (853 feet) a half-mile (0.8 km) south of the Den of Ogil Reservoir and 1¼ miles (2 km) west of Milton of Ogil. White Top forms a southwestern extension, reaching a height of 273m (895 feet).
