A rocky bay surrounded by cliffs on the North Sea coast of Aberdeenshire, Clashfarquhar Bay is located to the south of Berrymuir Head, a quarter-mile (0.5 km) south of Downies and a mile (1.6 km) northeast of Newtonhill.
