Loch Tralaig

A small loch and reservoir of Lorn district, Argyll and Bute, Loch Tralaig lies 3 miles (5 km) northeast of the settlement of Melfort and from the head of Loch Melfort. It gave its name to the Royal Navy frigate HMS Loch Tralaig launched by the Caledon shipyard in Dundee in 1945.
