One of a group of modest summits in W Angus which lies to the northeast of the Loch of Lintrathen, Mile Hill rises to 410m (1345 feet) a mile (1.5 km) south southwest of Auldallan and 2 miles (3 km) northwest of Kirkton of Kingoldrum.
