One of the Sidlaw Hills of SW Angus, Scotston Hill is located a half-mile (1 km) northwest of Auchterhouse Hill and a mile (1.5 km) north of Kirkton of Auchterhouse. It has two summits which rise to 373m (1223 feet) and 355m (1164 feet) respectively.
