A summit in the S of the Rhinns of Islay in Argyll and Bute, Cnoc Mor rises to 162m (531 feet) a quarter-mile (0.5 km) northwest of Beinn Tart a' Mhill and x miles (4.5 km) west southwest of Port Charlotte. There are other hills named Cnoc Mor 3½ miles (5.5 km) to the south southwest and 5 miles (8 km) to the north.
