A summit in the extreme SE of East Renfrewshire, Drumduff Hill rises to 364m (1194 feet) a mile (1.6 km) west of Corse Hill and 6 miles (10 km) southwest of East Kilbride. It is surrounded by the Whitelee Forest and Whitelee Wind Farm. Its name is occasionally erroneously recorded as Dumdruff Hill.
