Loch Lyon

A loch and reservoir of western Perth and Kinross, Loch Lyon lies close to the border with Argyll and Bute Council Area, at the head of Glen Lyon. Retained at its eastern end by the Lubreoch dam, this is one of the main reservoirs of the Breadalbane Hydro-Electric Power Scheme. The River Lyon emerges below the dam.
