Sron Bealaidh


(Sròn Bealaidh)

One of a pair of summits which occupy a sizeable plateau in W Perth and Kinross, Sron Bealaidh rises to a height of 725m (2378 feet) a half-mile (1 km) south southwest of the higher Beinn na Gainimh and a mile (1.5 km) north of the River Almond. It has steep southwestern slopes overlooking Auchnafree. The little Lochan a' Mhuilinn is situated 1¼ miles (2 km) to the northeast.
