A modest summit which represents the highest point of Hoxa Hill in the northwest of South Ronaldsay (Orkney). The Wart rises to 61m (200 feet) a mile (1.5 km) west of St Margaret's Hope. Its summit is marked by an Ordnance Survey triangulation pillar (installed 1948-49) and there is an ancient chambered cairn nearby.
