Appin Burn

A stream in Dumfries and Galloway, the Appin Burn rises on the east side of Colt Hill on the border between Penpont and Carsphairn parishes. It flows nearly 2 miles (3 km) southeastwards to join the Shinnel Water 4 miles (6 km) northwest of Moniaive.
