Palnure Burn A small river in Dumfries and Galloway, the Palnure Burn rises alongside the Queens Way (A712 road) in the Galloway Forest Park a mile (1.5 km) southwest of Clatteringshaws Loch. It flows southwest and south for 8 miles (13 km) through Bargaly Glen before joining the River Cree 3 miles (5 km) southeast of Newton Stewart.
