A summit in the S of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides, Maraval (Gael: Marabhal) rises to 162m (531 feet) a half-mile (0.8 km) northeast of South Glendale and 1¼ miles (2 km) east of Easaval. The hill appears incorrectly as 'Marava' on some editions of the Ordnance Survey map in the mid-20th C.
