Loch Sibhinn

A shallow lochan in the centre of the island of Islay (Argyll and Bute), Loch Sibhinn is located 2 miles (3 km) north northwest of Bridgend. Extending to 5.8 ha (14.3 acres), it is the source of the Allt Loch Shibhinn. This loch represents a popular roost for wintering Greenland white-fronted geese.
