A lochan in the NW of Islay in the Inner Hebrides, Loch an Fhir Mhor lies to the west of Loch Gruinart and 1¼ miles (2 km) south of Loch Laingeadail. The loch extends to 6.9 ha / 17 acres and casts off an unnamed tributary of the Abhainn a' Mhuilinn.
