Callop River


(River Callop)

Flowing generally northwards for 2 miles (3 km), the Callop River (or River Callop) empties into the head of Loch Shiel in Lochaber district, Highland Council Area, to the east of the settlement of Glenfinnan. The river rises as numerous headstreams which come together a quarter-mile (0.5 km) south of Callop.
